PARKING PROTOCOL EFFECTIVE 1 JUNE 2024

1. Only the following parking allocations are permitted.

a. Occupants park in bays allocated to the unit they occupy.

b. Visitors park in bays allocated to the unit of the occupant they are visiting, or in a bay pointed out by a security officer.

c. Contractors working in units are visitors.

2. By entering these premises, you acknowledge and accept these requirements which have been communicated to you prior to parking your vehicle.

3. If you are unsure of where to park, ask a security officer to assist you before parking your vehicle.

4. The Body Corporate earnestly requests your cooperation with the parking protocol.

5. All vehicles parked illegally / in unauthorised bays will have a sticker affixed to their windscreen which denotes the illegal / unauthorised parking.

6. The vinyl sticker does not cause damage to the surface onto which it is affixed.

COMMUNICATING WITH ECLIPTIC ESTATE MANAGEMENT

• Routine queries are accepted telephonically, via SMS or via email; email is preferred as it generates a paper trail.
• The estate name and section number (called unit for ease of use) must be listed in the subject line when communicating via email and inserted as text in the SMS.
• Corner Main Office Park is abbreviated to CMOP for ease of use.
• Availability of managers after hours is for legitimate emergency situations only, notification of which is only accepted via SMS.
•  The after-hours emergency number is 071 610 1288.
• If the emergency occurs late at night or is of a grave nature, it is permissible for the on-site security personnel and Trustees to call the emergency estate management number.

Ecliptic is POPIA compliant and responsible for protecting Personal Information that falls within its Service Level Agreements with the Bodies Corporate. Ecliptic Estate Management is not appointed as the Deputy Information Officer to the Corner Main Office Park Body Corporate. All Personal Information queries are to be directed to the Board of Trustees and not to Ecliptic Estate Management.
