COMMUNICATING WITH ECLIPTIC ESTATE MANAGEMENT

• Ecliptic’s head office hours are Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:00 and 08:00 to 15:00 on a Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
• Site inspections will be conducted twice a week, excluding Public Holidays. It is best to schedule an appointment if a meeting is required.
• Routine queries are accepted telephonically, via SMS or via email; email is preferred as it generates a paper trail.
• The estate name and section number (called unit for ease of use) must be listed in the subject line when communicating via email and inserted as text in the SMS.
• Availability of managers after hours is for legitimate emergency situations only, notification of which is only accepted via SMS.
• If the emergency occurs late at night or is of a grave nature, it is permissible for the Trustees / Body Corporate staff to call the emergency estate management number.

PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW WHEN THE MAIN GATE IS NOT OPERATIONAL

During normal office hours (08:00 to 17:00) please contact:

2. EGN staff member on duty: 084 659 7591 (the staff member on duty has a key to the gate motor)
3. Only in case of emergencies and/or escalations, please contact one of the below people:

After hours emergencies please contact:

1. Ecliptic: 071 610 1288 (After Hours Emergency Phone via SMS: State name, unit number with EGN prefix, and nature of the problem)
2. EGN staff member on duty: 084 659 7581 (the staff member on duty has a key to the gate motor)
3. Only in case of emergencies after failing to get hold of the first 2 contacts, please contact one of the Trustees below:

Ecliptic Estate Management is not appointed as the Deputy Information Officer to the Eagles Nest Body Corporate. All Personal Information queries are to be directed to the Board of Trustees.
